The physical body is the home to our emotional being.  A combination of insight oriented discussion along with body and energy based practices help to enhance talk therapy. While many forms of yoga focus on physical alignment, the intention behind the style of yoga we may integrate with  therapy is to inspire internal and emotional alignment- a sense of balance and equilibrium within the body and mind.

Mindfulness truly is the  foundation for everything we'll do in therapy. We'll practice  grounding, breathing and mediation exercises to create quiet in the mind consequently allowing you to better direct the thoughts, observe and regulate emotions. In our work together this mindfulness practice  may be as simple as observing how the mind and body respond to various thoughts, emotions and behaviors.  It's time to disconnect from your internet and re-conenct to your inner-net.

Let's create a life you're happy to be living. Goal coaching sessions allow you to “create on purpose”. Learn to leverage your strengths, define goals and build skills required to go after them. After all, a goal without a plan is just a wish.
