What are your fees?

I am able to offer a handful of clients on my schedule a sliding rate. We can discuss your financial situation to determine what works best for you when we speak.

 
Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance plan when a medical diagnosis is appropriate. I am an out-of-network provider. I will support you in  creating the required paperwork for reimbursement. Please speak with your provider to confirm eligibility for “out-of-network” behavioral health services.

Helpful hints to deal with insurance

I can easily submit all claims electronically to your insurance on a weekly basis to keep the paper trail minimal.

 

In order to understand your benefits I would suggest that we check the following:

1- What is your of pocket deductible? 

2. What percentage of reasonable and customary do they reimburse?

3- How many outpatient mental health visits do you get per year?

4- Is prior authorization required?

Once we find this information, you may pay cash, check, charge or FSA at the time of the visit.

Your insurance company will be notified of your visit and billed electronically

You will then receive reimbursements checks once your deductible is met.

 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48-hours before an appointment time otherwise the full service amount will be charged.
Payment is due at the time of service, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Cash, check and all major credits cards are accepted.
