We believe in seeing the whole person - Mind, Body. Spirit. Greater understanding of the whole self often leads to greater self-awareness, self-esteem and self acceptance. 


We may incorporate a range of techniques and approaches in our clinical work to supplement traditional talk therapy-including movement, relaxation  mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and even getting out in nature.


The better you know yourself the better you will function. Better functioning includes; symptom alleviation, improved performance in your personal, professional or academic life. It gives you greater self awareness which in turn gives you the power to make better choices, break old habits and chose behaviors that serve your best self.
