The physical body is the home to our emotional being. A combination of insight oriented discussion along with body and energy based practices help to enhance talk therapy. Choose to move, stretch, or hang upside down and open up other stagnate points with body that may also be impacting your psychological and emotional self.
Become the master of your own thoughts. Through experiential exercises, we learn to slow down and control the direction of your mind. Practice grounding, breathing and mediation exercises to create quiet in the mind consequently allowing you to better direct the thoughts, observe and regulate emotions.
